The online 200-hour yoga teacher training course follows the standards and guidelines set by Yoga Alliance International. The course curriculum covers the following topics and subtopics:

Course schedule and duration

The online 200-hour yoga teacher training course is a 56-day program that requires 4 hours of study every day. The course schedule is as follows:

Monday to Saturday:

  • 1 hour of recorded video lecture (anytime).
  • 1 hour of live online class (10 am to 11 am IST).
  • 2 hours of self-practice (anytime)

Sunday:

  • Rest day or catch-up day.

The course duration is flexible and can be extended or shortened according to your convenience. However, you must complete the course within 6 months of enrolment to receive the certificate. You can also take a break or pause the course if you have any personal or professional commitments. However, you must inform the course coordinator in advance and resume the course as soon as possible.

The fee does not include:

  • Any additional books or materials that you may need for your personal study.
  • Any travel or accommodation expenses that you may incur if you wish to visit Rishikesh Yog Satya in person.

You can pay the course fee in one of the following ways:

  • Online payment via credit card, debit card, net banking, or PayPal.
  • Bank transfer to Rishikesh Yog Satya’s account.
  • Cash payment at Rishikesh Yog Satya’s office

You can pay the full fee at the time of registration or pay in two installments. The first installment of 50% is due at the time of registration and the second installment of 50% is due before the start of the course.

If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you can do so by contacting Rishikesh Yog Satya at least 15 days before the start of the course. You will receive a full refund of your course fee minus a 10% administrative charge. If you cancel your registration less than 15 days before the start of the course, you will not receive any refund. However, you can transfer your registration to another person or another batch of the same course.
